How do I upgrade my plan?

To handle your payments or invoices, navigate to Menu > Licence and select the desired plan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe as our payment provider. We accept PayPal, iDeal, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Enterprise customers may request invoice-based billing using SEPA Direct Debit or ACH Direct Debit. If you are missing a payment option, just let us know.

Can I cancel or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. If you downgrade from lets say 50 euro's a month to 10 euro's a month you will have 40 euro's in credit.

To handle your payments or invoices, navigate to Menu > Licence and select the desired plan.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Yes. Contact sales@ipckger.com for nonprofit pricing.
