iPckger - Version Management

Overview

Current Situation: Today, iPckger automatically installs the latest version of any Winget application pushed through its system. This ensures you are always up-to-date, but it means you have little control over which version is deployed.

V1.1 In our upcoming version 1.1, we are addressing this by introducing granular version management. You will soon be able to choose and install specific versions of applications based on your needs. This feature will allow you to maintain stability in your environment while also testing or rolling back to a particular version when required.

Additionally, our roadmap includes other enhancements such as version pinning, rollback options, and comprehensive release notes, all aimed at giving you greater control and transparency over your software deployments.
