Overview
With iPckger’s Team and Enterprise tiers, you can invite team members and assign roles to streamline app management. Team members can access one or more Microsoft 365 tenants, ensuring efficient collaboration while maintaining security.
Inviting Team Members
- Navigate to Menu > Team.
- Click Add Team Member.

Enter the user’s email address and assign:
- Role: Member, Owner, or Admin (see Roles and Permissions).
- Tenant Access: can be set on the Tenants page
- Click Send Invitation.
- The user will receive an email to join your team. Pending invitations appear under Pending Members.

Managing Team Members
Manage your team through several actions:
- Change Roles: Edit a member’s role to adjust permissions.
- Resend Invitations: Re-send invites to pending members.
- Remove Members: Revoke access instantly.
Example Workflow
For example, an Admin invites User A as a Member with access to Tenant X. User A logs in and deploys apps only to Tenant X. Later, the Owner promotes User A to Admin, granting access to all tenants. User A can now manage teams, although they still cannot manage billing.
Extra Information
Can a member belong to multiple teams?
No. Each user can only join one team per subscription.
What happens if a member leaves the organization?
An Admin or Owner must remove your access in Team Management to revoke permissions. If you're still a member of a team and your Admin or Owner is unavailable, please contact support for assistance.
Can roles be customized?
No. Roles are predefined to ensure security and compliance. Use tenant access for granular control.
What should I do if I don't receive an invitation email?
If you haven't received an invitation email, please check your spam folder and verify your email address. If the issue persists, contact support for further assistance.
